UFO Cloud

Keep your agents online 24/7 without leaving a computer on. Add UFO Cloud, create the cloud machine, and manage, restart or recreate it.

UFO Cloud is an always-on machine run for you. Your agents work there instead of on your own computer, so schedules fire and messages get answered when your computers are off. It includes the agents' browser for browser automation.

Use it when you don't have a computer you can leave on. If you do, a machine of your own works the same way.

Add UFO Cloud

The workspace owner adds it, once per workspace.

  1. Open Settings → Billing and find UFO Cloud.
  2. Press Add UFO Cloud and finish checkout.

On the web it's $25/month. Where the iPhone or Android app offers it, you buy it in the app at the store's price. Other members see Ask the workspace owner to add it. The card also shows the machine size for your plan.

Create the cloud machine

After you subscribe, the same card says Cloud addon active — set up your machine.

  1. Pick a Region: Tokyo, Singapore, Virginia or Frankfurt.
  2. Give it a Claude login, one of:
    • Claude subscription token: run claude setup-token on any computer and paste the output.
    • Anthropic API key.
  3. If the workspace already has a machine, tick the box to replace it. Your agents move to the cloud machine and the old one disconnects.
  4. Press Create cloud machine. It takes about a minute.

What to expect day to day

  • It sleeps when idle. The card shows SLEEPING · wakes on activity, and the channel says the cloud machine is sleeping. Send a message and it wakes in a few seconds. Schedules and file requests wake it too.
  • Fair use. The card shows how many hours it has been active this month next to the fair-use allowance.
  • Files stay. Files on the machine are kept when it sleeps, restarts or is recreated.

Restart, start or recreate it

In Settings → Billing → UFO Cloud:

If the subscription ends

The machine stops, and the card shows the date its files are kept until: 30 days. Subscribe again before then and everything comes back as it was. After that, the machine and its data are deleted for good.
