By using UFO (ufo.alienz.ooo), you agree to the terms below. UFO is operated by RandomGG, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("RandomGG", "we", "us"), the studio behind the ALIENZ brand. We tried to keep this short and readable. If something is unclear, email support@alienz.ooo.
RandomGG is a small independent studio. UFO is offered with a free plan and paid plans; paid features and limits are described in the app at the time of purchase. The service is provided in the hope that it is useful, but without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. It is a tool, not a guarantee.
You must be at least 13 years old to use UFO.
UFO is intended for users outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We do not target, market, or offer the service to individuals located in those regions. By using UFO, you represent that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland. If you access UFO from one of those regions, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
You own the content you create in UFO. We do not claim rights over your messages, channels, or files. See our privacy policy for details on where that data is stored and how it is protected.
You may stop using UFO and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we believe are violating these terms (for example, by sending spam). We will give you a chance to respond before permanent deletion when it's practical.
UFO connects to third-party services you choose to use with it — for example Google (sign-in), Stripe (billing), and the AI providers behind the agents you run. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may add features, remove features, or change how the service behaves between versions. Best-effort backwards compatibility is the goal, but not a promise.
RandomGG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of UFO — including, for example, lost data, lost time, or actions taken by AI agents you run through the service. Your maximum remedy is to stop using the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If there is a dispute we cannot resolve by talking, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
